I needed to find a place to stay in a hurry and found special deal of 3800 baht/night for a 2 bedroom 2 bath family suite with 1000 sq. ft of space. The hotel is a bit past its prime and seems to have only minimum staff, but you can't argue with the value it represents. A similarly furnished hotel in other parts of the world would easily cost $200 to $500 for not even half the space. The family suite includes a living room, kitchen area, 2 well furnished and spacious bedrooms each with a nicely appointed bathroom. And then there are 3 wonderful balconies with terrific views. There is a small kitchen area with two stoves, a decent size refrigerator and a microwave oven. There is no mini bar but they provide many free bottled water and there is a 7-11 right next door. Overall it was a very satisfying 4 star experience at a 2, 3 star price.

Stayed here in October for two weeks after seeing a review online. The hotel was far better than I expected it to be. The hotel is excellent. Located in the heart of everything but set back just enough that it's nigh silent at night. Staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful when required. My only warning is to be careful when crossing third road, it takes some geting used to but be careful and you should be fine.

The hotel is centrally located, and it is easy to get around from the hotel to other parts of Pattaya. As far as I could see the hotel was clean and the service was good. The rooms had a digital board that you could interact with. Turning on and of the lights was also digital buttons. The buttons were also named. It was easy to get around and understand what the different buttons did. There is also a digital bord for the air conditioning that interacted with other means of communication.

Great stay at this hotel. We booked 3 rooms and we are satisfied. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff and services are great. Location is very convenient, main road in front of hotel and not far from the main tourist attraction. Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice to choose from. Cons: Swimming pool decent size but to access to it, you need to go through the breakfast room. Outside noise (loud music) very late at night until almost 2 am can be heard from your room. If you have difficulty to sleep it will inconvenience you. Price is reasonable compare to other hotel.

Stayed in Dec 2023. Good location with a 7/11 next door along with some takeaways and restaurants. Nice room with a good view. No complaints.

Great value for money. Spacious room, good shower, decent breakfast and ample parking space. About 90% of guests are males over 50 😉, but that's Pattaya for you.🤣

Lovely hotel on the road. 2km from walking street. Rooms are lovely, service is amazing. Breakfast is ultimate. You have kfc and weed shop opposite to hotel 😂They charge 500 bhat if you bring second girl in a day to your room 🤣

Waste of money. Terrible staff and reception attitude. Choose somewhere else and thank me later. In 2024 this place shouldn't be considered a 4 star hotel. A criminal organization runs the place and I guess hires the staff too.
